The role of contact materials in relays

Customer satisfaction is central to the research and development of our contact materials.
We provide several materials for varying types of relays including AC relays and DC relays.

The following are the general characteristics required within relays:

Our approach

Redefining our products to meet the demand for smaller and more energy efficient devices:

  • Developing smaller contacts and materials suitable for use in ever more compact devices.
  • Cutting costs by reducing the silver content in contacts and assembly staking, welding, etc.
  • Developing new contact materials with RoHS
  • Reducing contact resistance and improving stability.
  • Dealing with gold and silver plate. (in-house manufacturing)
